search B0051HOCJC on amazon. it's lasted me a year so i purchased two more. add a few 45w 5000k CFL's and i believe you're golden. easy and small setup. the CFL's will produce more heat than the LED.

under a single 100W LED I pulled 2 oz off 1 plant(that's DRY weight).

I own 3 x 100w UFOs. they cover a 3 sq ft area at about 8 inches away from the canopy and at that distance the penetration isn't too bad. your setup would be great with 2. and then scrog is your best friend. they grow so much faster under LED than my 150W CFL. and the power bill is so cheap...

The only thing wrong with CFL's is they must be within inches of your buds. a reflector idea is good for like seedlings and stuff but a full flowering plant is gonna need movable CFL's that you can put very close to your buds. you'd be amazed at how small and airy your buds are unless you get...

permaflect has a grid like pattern like duct tape i believe.

See i'm thinking you should go LED and hempy buckets for such a small cab. keep the middle shelf intact and split the cab into separate compartments. maybe veg with a few CFL's but definitely flower LED. whichever half is larger make that the flower cab
