Hello so yesterday I noticed my plant starting to wilt after watering and I noticed these leaves have patchy pink spots does anyone know what it is?

So I lost my first batch all due to damping off so I ordered more seeds and the same exact thing happend, I only watered them once to germinate and that's it, I put them outside and boom this happens 2 hours later. And I used brand new soil and containers this time.
