    is this the shit? or is it just shit? with shipping it is $167. http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Switch.../dp/B003810CVA is that reflector too shitty, or should i jump on this??? or do you have any other ideas for a low cost, 400 watt HPS system? thanks ahead of time!
