hhhhi! this is my very first time posting here, i have come across this site many times looking for answers before, and i like it, so here goes:
i am going to need a light for about three clones and one or two plants that came from a seed, so maybe up to six plants total.
and i came across this on amazon.com:

it looks kinda cheap, but the price looks kinda cheap too, (which is important since we are poor here!!!)
what do you guys think about that light/reflector/ballast combo? it sounds like it is a digital ballast too!
