I got some top 44 seeds from nirvana, germed 5 and they all sprouted and they are bout a week old now! One of them had an extra round leaf when it came up. Now it has an extra growth tip, looks like there will be 3 branches at every node instead of two! Maybe it means i will get a 1/3 more...

I read somewhere on here that you can run two lights opposite of each other from the same ballast. Like run one light for 12 hrs then when it switches off the other turns on using the same ballast! It didnt say how and i cant find where i read it. Does anyone know how to do that?

A friend of mine had given me 3 big ass lights all 400w and like 4' round hoods. the ballasts dont say what kind they are but all the bulbs say multi-vapor. I have heard of mercury vapor and that they suck for growing, is multi-vapor the same? Can I use them with hps or mh bulbs?

This is my first indoor grow and fast becoming a greenthumb! My setup is 8 plants under four 40w 4' fluorescents, two bulbs are cool whites and the other two are ecolux full spectrums. My closet is 2' x 4'. I just transplanted to 3 gal pots my biggest one is about 6". My total lumes are about...
