Ouch that blows. A few days ago the breaker that works the a/c and fan for grow room tripped and when I saw what happened the temp was well over 100 in the room. Sucks when thinks like that happen.

I just use a normal window unit. I think it is like 1500 btu or so but don't remember for sure but it works like a champ.

I looked into doing what you are talking about but ended up forgetting about it cause it looked like it was going to end up being too much trouble. I'm sure it can be done ok but it just didn't seem worth it to me.

I really dont know, but I remember reading that they can survive a few frosts ok so I would assume 40-50's. The main problem I would think would be the light cycle.
