Quick question,...is it possible to have a 250W light too close to the tops of 3 plants? No signs of heat or temp issues but it is about 6.5 inches from the top. What does everyone think?

I know it is young, 7 days from when the seed sprouted to be exact. But I can see where the cut needs to be made, any thoughts??

I had a thought, here in MI the air is quite dry during the Winter months and I find myself having to run a little Humidifier. Has anyone ever put a little nutrients in the water that goes into the Humidifier? Kinda like Foliar feeding...sort of.... Any thoughts?
