A few leaf symptoms I need help with (newbie)

Probably just from being in contact with the soil. Overall they look pretty healthy so I would worry to much right now. Just monitor and continue as your doing.

    Defoliation

A good read on what actually is in play when it comes to bud production and density. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=281272

    Defoliation

Budsites do not need light. Calyxes do not carry out photosynthesis. That occurs in the leaves.

I bet that you guys have never seen a variant clone like this!

You got that right! You were wrong when you stated single leaves means there is something drastically wrong. And when you stated a single leaf plant put into flower would produce beans. Flowering rooted clones, producing single leaves or not, is common practice. Its called SOG by most people.

I bet that you guys have never seen a variant clone like this!

Bullshit. Not an issue at all. It happens with clones from time to time. Certainly is not a sign of a hermi or trouble. As a few have already stated it will work itself out.

    Leaf Discoloration

Looks like they are starving. Pics indicate many deficiencies. I would pot up and feed them. The container looks pretty small(solo cup) for a six week old plant.

No matter how it is stored it will still degrade over time. Some strains keep better than others.

Home Depots Black Magic potting mix or coco are both good choices. Even their Part A and B nutrients are effective and easy to use.

This guy is a prime example of not having all the facts before spouting off. In his mind it is his way are dont grow at all. He has been this way ever since he joined the forum. A pound per 4 foot 8 bulb T-5 is very doable.

T-5s can grow some great bud. I use Hortilux bulbs. 4=FS-UV, 2-460s and 2-660s start to finish.

All BS set aside CMH yields

T Thanks for the info Aero. I have been considering two 315s but am not into spending that much money right now. So a 140 buck bulb swap seems the way to go.

All BS set aside CMH yields

I have a 1000 Avenger DE fixture. All the research I have done shows it will work in it. I just have to dial my Galaxy ballast back to 600.

    lighting problems

If its a magnetic ballast the igniter may be bad. They are pretty easy to change in most ballasts. That is if its not the bulb itself.
