From what I understand, generally, the more light the better. Like raven said, I'd put both in if you can fit them and deal with the heat. One thing I've learned is that even light coverage and good penetration is very helpful.

I've never attempted this, but I don't see why there would be a problem. Just make sure you're careful with any male autos that may turn up.

In case you're thinking about Lowryder 2, I just want to add that Lowryder 2 has potential to become pretty big. I put mine in a 1 gallon smart pot with the intention of keeping the size down, but it's far from the little 12"-16" tree with a main cola and 4 nice side branches I was hoping for...
