this is only the 3rd day and the stem and 4 little leafs already got tiny white hairs on it

well, i have a 150w soft white cfl it puts off some heat but im not using it yet, im using a soft white 60w right now the room stays around 64f and it has a tiny computer fan inside of the pot to keep the air moving around the plant
