Growstones are actually made from recycled glass, so you would be helping elimate this problem! And yea they are also reusable just like hydroton,.

If u plan on vegging them for a long time and going for max yeild than def clean up the under canapy. Maybe not lollipop but maintain a good undercanapy. I didn't train and let the plant "do its thing" and I regret it big time bro, that was the biggest thing I learned...I hate learning the hard...
