The attitude seed bank is good. I've ordered from them a few times and have had no problems.

You can use any hydro nutrients in soil. I use the flora series nutes on my mothers and they are in soil. You just have to remember to adjust (raise) the ph after you add them, they lower the ph quite a bit.

I use a couple S&P mixvent fans and I really like them. They are very quiet and if you use a good speed controller they are nearly silent. plus they were cost less than the cheap valueline inline fans.
