nirvana original glue feeding 200-250 ppm of jacks citrus and a bit of Epsom salts . Well water with 150-200 ppm in it. Plant is under 315 cmh lights

I can get some free (slightly damaged ) led lights the fixture is 2'x4' and is a Philips light, has 2 strips of leds and has a. Color of 3500k and 4800 lumens. I have quite a few of these and could add more strips to one hood like 6 wich would give me 28800 lumens. Would this be good for vegging ?

Looking at running 12 315 cmh's, was thinking of having 2 rooms of 6 or would I better off as 1 big room ? What would be the ideal room size ? From what I read they cover 3'x3' how much extra room do I leave extra to move around in it fans etc? Thanks in advance
