1 600w growing technique - Yield friendly

Hey guys I was wondering everyone preferred growing technique for 1 600w.

As much as I'd like to get 1gpw, and as much as that is my goal, I'm going for a more realistic goal of 450g per 600w...but I am unsure what technique to use.

I am a legal patient so i'd like to stay in the guidelines of 6 plants and do a scrog.

Although the veg time would be a little longer for this, I think this is a good way of getting good top colas and a good yield.

Its either that or SoG..the problem is SoG takes too many clones and breaks my plant count as well as I dont have mothers to take clones from...

What is everyone elses suggestions..

If I were to ScroG in a 4x3 area under 600w, how many plants would everyone use?

If your a med patient and are limited by plants your going to want to maximize your yield with very few plants. You can supercrop, or LST a few plants but a ScROG will be the easiest method if you dont mind waiting for the long veg time.

With a scrog it takes longer to veg, but you will be able to make max use of your 600w light for a flat grow.

Another good option If you have a long veg time would be to hang your 600w vertically, and surround it with 6 plants, grow the plants to 3 feet, keeping the light at the side so they dont stretch too much, when they get big and bushy cut off all the lower growth. "lollipopping" And flower them. It will take up more space, and you will have to get in there and turn your plants daily but you could end up with some nice trees.

There person im getting the cutting from I just talked to told me to put 6 under each 600w. Veg them to 12-18" tall and flip them. We'll try that as my first harvest so I can learn and then i'll try other techniques. I have mild-outdoor experience so ill be training them as necessary, unlike my outdoor crop which I just let grow and get huge..

Just stick to your legal plant count and scrog the bitches to fill your grow area for max yield, getting 450g from 6 plants under 600w is acheivable and more may be possible if you take the time to perfect your growing technique for indoor gardening.
