This time I will be running Greenthumbs Chemdawg #4 X G13 in a Tree style grow, to see if i can pull a massive yield. I started the process on 3 seeds last night at 9pm and as of 12pm today the shells are starting to crack. It shouldn't be long before the tap roots come out. I will let them veg for a while and pick the best/fastest grower and flower only that one.
I don't think i'm really going to make it but my goal is to pull 2 pounds from a single plant. My flower room should be empty when it's ready to go in and i can use all the light for just the one plant from the start.
Even if I don't make the goal, this should be a lot of fun for me to grow, and hopefully, fun for you to watch.


I currently have 1400 watts in my flower room but I think Im going to increase that by another 400 watts when its ready to go in. I will update that if i do make the change.

Grow Method:
Indoors-
Promix HP in a 7 gallon pot-
Drain to Waste-

I will start them in 4 inch pots and then transplant to a 3 gallon pot before picking the keeper. It will then be transplanted into a 7 gallon pot to finish up in. It will be vegged to at least 24 inches before the flip to 12/12.

I chopped one of my chem 4's, and I don't think I've had
real chem before ��. I didn't get it dialed in, but I don't care for the smell.
atleast this pheno.
Hopefully the others will smell...different.

Pine needles, maybe some chewing tobacco, mixed with stove top stuffing?
Im terrible at describing smells though. I'm sure many love the smell.
the high is great though. Not knocking it, just unpleasant to me.

Stove Top? Lol....killin me dude! Im going to have to go buy some to smell....

It is a very strong smell and im sure there are a bunch of people who don't like it.

That chem 4 definitely has a offensive smell. Some people say pine sol, dirty socks, rotten meat. etc.

It seems the MJ law in Michigan is under attack. They just made any extracts illegal so my plans have to change a bit.


I always do a multi stage harvest and i will do that again with this one but i wont be able to make Hash or RSO with the trimmings.


So, my plan is to cut 2 OZ's at a time, dry it, and then give it to patients or destroy it.


I will keep a small sample for my self from each cutting and I will keep track of all the weights and tally it up at the end.
My plan was to make RSO, Hash, and topical ointments, so the weight would go from OZ"s to grams...but thats not going to happen this time.
I think its a travesty what they are doing to the law here and it's really going to screw up a lot of patients who cant smoke. All edibles are gone as far as i can tell and anything that doesn't clearly have leaf matter in it will get you jail time...


As a medical patient I have always kept things under my limits to protect myself and my family...for instance, at this time i am about 11 plants under my limit and the only usable MJ i have weighs abut 1 OZ. I just destroyed the MJ i had put aside to make RSO and it didnt feel too good doing that, but i would rather do that then spend 20 years in jail.


Hopefully, the decision will be overturned soon and I can make some edibles and topical ointments again.

see u around feb lol.. man I cant go over 10 weeks withotuo a harvest or I run out of smoke and I hate buying bud.. cant find good bud or a decent price.. everyone that has good bud wants prices that are just ridiculous for the quality.. its like the good bud is too expensive and not even worth it.. ur better off buying commercial brick weed.. since the quality of Mexican buds has drastacly went up compared to just a few years back. don't get me rong its stil garbage.. honestly I wont ever buy another bag of buds unless its from a few of the growers that I know that do things the right way .

1 week from seed.
They are looking pretty healthy. No spots, yellowing, or other problems that I can see.

I'm with you on this one, and it really is a bunch of BS. Making butter, and the food it goes into, is a part of what I love.

No problems so far..keeping my fingers crossed.

Update-Stage 2
After 19 days in 4 inch pots, they have now been transplanted into 3 gallon pots. They will stay in these pots until the roots fill out and then I will pick 1 plant to keep and put into the 10 gallon pot to finish. They all look very much alike at this point...it's going to be hard to pick.
