Hey no problem. Basically you can take a floor cabinet the size you want 2' or higher. Then tape off the inside. Add light sources and fans. The box is the main thing to locate and they range from $30 -40. They can be moved easily and are stealth. If it is done correctly, no light leaks and it looks like a dresser or regular old tool cabinet. You can also buy attachments for the pc fans for filters.

1 floor cabinet from hardware store - $40
2 surge protectors - $6 or less at dollar store
6 CFL's - Your choice est $30
5 PC fans - $30 -40
total - $96 or less. Most of the stuff I had lying around already.

Most people have seen these for sale in high times for hundreds of dollars. This is the practical method. Wood is fine of course too, but it is heavier.

thx for the info any help on wiring comp fans
It's pretty simple. Cut the plug-in part of a 12V plug so you can attach the 2 wires that come from the fan (not attached to the PC power supply hook up) to the adapter's wires. Just strip an inch or so of the plastic covering figure out which side goes with which, twist together, make sure to cover any exposed wire with electrical tape, and you're good! Make sure the amperage on the fans doesn't exceed that which the adapter can run. For example: I have 4 pc fans that run at .18A and my plug will take up to 1A, so I could even run one more.

No need to wire them. Buy the bulbs and buy a attachment at the hardware store that allows you to screw the bulb into it, then plug it into a wall. Put 3 of these with lights in the surge protector. Use zip ties to hold them to the box walls. The best thing about the end result is a constant temp of 70-75. Buds come out dense.
