wondering why the difference each plant about 1 foot tall 1 plant has all these flowers at the juncture of stem and leave ,while the other has new leaves growing at the juncture of stem and leaves ..i believe they are the same strain..why the difference..i know the 1 is not a male plant what could be going on thks
