1 week today. growing too slow?

This is my 1 week old plant today. The 2nd set of leafs have really started to grow but I am thinking she is growing abit too slow, or am I just worrying??

Looks right to me. It took about the same amount of time till I saw the second set of leaves.

Looks good, try lowering your lights a little.
