what leds are you using? And how close are they to the plants? What nutes (cause to me, it seems that either you're using too few or overwatering)? Too many variables and missing info to give a good opinion...

Kind of led lamps for aquarium! Though the conditions he is growing is really not the best fpr the momente.

Although the goal is to veg those for while, later on take some good leaves and replant than. My goal is to take from those 10. If I got 3 feminine! Make 20 more new babys.

What you guys are thinking can I make it?

If I'm not mistaken and if I am, please correct me, but aquarium lights tend to be more in the blue range cause they have to penetrate the water. This would be great for vegging but you're gonna have to look at some solution for the flowering part...which would mean another investment.
You could veg the hell out of those babies if you wanted and then put them outside to flower if you wanted but I'm guessing that's not an option.
It won't work unless you (or your friend) change your light spectrum and do a bit of research.

Big isssue is: is the plastic box okay to use for this process. And

and how long is the right time to identify if the plant is real female.
