After a couple of good outdoor grows I purchased a tent, light, fan, filter etc.
I got some auto NYCD (my fave) and away I went.. 9 weeks going on 10 now, and she grew, very big, did some stretching over the past couple of weeks, yet no sign of any pistils or male parts at all.
Though it's auto and been on 18/6 through the grow I did switch to 12/12 last incase the seed was a photo, but still no signs of flower.
I will leave her for another few weeks, has anyone ever had a plant NOT flower? Is that even a thing?

Have you made sure your timer is working? No light leaks? Not that it should matter to an auto flower. If you switched it to 12/12 you should be seeing something within 7-10 days no matter what. The auto genes shouldn't matter at that point. She, if it's a she, should flower. I am really picky about the auto breeders I am willing to grow. Do some deep searching on the seeds you're buying and try to find completed grows of the strain if possible. It can save you a lot of frustration down the road. Gnome Automatics, Magic Strains, Mephisto and Night Owl Seeds are some good auto breeders I can think of. There's plenty more but these I've grown personally so I can recommend them.

timer is fine I have been manually checking :-)
These seeds are 'expert seeds' from expertseedbank.com I will contact the seller and manufacture to see if they have had any issues...! Here are a couple of picks ... Going for 10 weeks now thanks.

I have used them a few times. I have run their Sweet Zombie multiple times and I have done some of their Blue Critical Autos with no issues at all.
