1000w 5x5 how many will work

depending on the amount of time in veg one plant can fill that space but are you going to do a short veg time? I would say six is your absolute max...remember you need room to walk water manage your plants and such.

That depends..... Sativa or Indica? SOG, SCROG, LST. Give up some ideas of what strains and what your plans are and everyone here may be able to help out a little more.

I have six plants in a 2.5ft by 2.5ft space in hydro. I'll keep these plants to about 3 ft tall though, and prune lower growth to concentrate on 6 main colas. My space is only 6.25 sq ft, yours is 25 sq ft. If I were you, I'd think of the space as 4x4, and as said, how many plants depends on your grow technique. Often it doesn't matter whether you grow 3 plants or 6 or 10, your yield will be about the same.

anywhere from 4-12, a small number and you'll have train them well to maximize yield, a large number and you won't have space to train them, veg time will be short but maintenance and labor will be greater.

Are you in a legal sate that has plant requirements like ours? You could use an ebb and flow table, and put a bunch of small plants in it, in hydroton or any of the other substraits, and lolipop they (look up def in the sticky above). You could also plant 4 soil plants, and lst the heck out of them. I've seen guys who know their shit here that could really show you how to get a great yeild out of that, and have very few plants to get caught with. Endless really, just have to decide if you want to be a hydro guy, or a dir farmer, and then go from there.

Yes I'm in a legal grow state of 6 per person,I plan on flipping them to 12/12 at 24" maybe pinch at the beginnong once,not to bushy.comcetrate
on 6 main colas each. Shoot for 1 and a 1/2 oz per plant.I like Casey Jones. and White Widow...

Do a Resurculating DWC best fastest and biggest growths fairly easy care just make sure you can keep the water under 77F so that no mold or bactiria grow and just clean the pots ever week or so. for about 6 plants dwc will run about $350 but then you can get like .75 - 1gram a watt or even more just depends on your level of expertses

I have a 4x4 ebb & flow table under a 1000W with 9 in there (Mostly Sativa) Moved into bloom at 24" like you were planning. I FIM topped 6 of them at 8", they all have 6 - 10 tops each now! I'm worried that i let them go to long vegging possibly and it is going to be too crowded, but at least ill have a thick ass canopy of colas hopefully!

lol yeah dont forget getting into area thats my issue eight now no easy way in have to remove them all and put them back in getting to be a workout but this is just temp till my room is finished
