well honestly prunning is a touchy subject in the growing community lol. everybody has a little bit of a way to do it. i prefer a light method of defoliation so that airflow is better for no dead air pockets because of high humidity in veg. also during the first few weeks of flowering i clean up and lollipop all of my plants so the whole bottom 1/4-1/3 is bare and anything within the first 1/3 of the branching off the main stalk is cut. crowding is not a good thing and will cause very stringy and undeveloped shitty buds. so think about that youll figure it out hope that helps!

im a veganic guy, but i would suggest you run your ph at exactly 6.3 if youve got it like that. i dont prune much during the vegative growth other than to open a little air flow. i do my cutting the first week of flowering, then again usually late second week since it tends to get thick again.

hydro is 5.5 to 6.1 I have been advised that 5.8 is the best range for hydro as this is the best ranges for nute uptake.
