i will do a normal veg and then use 12-5.5-1-5.5 to see if the hour does stop flower. if light doesn't destroy florigen as you say then the hour would surely not be enough to stop flower.
well, not to beleaguer the point, but again, i don't think florigen is destroyed. it's just the final, bioactive forms of it never form. the precursors still are formed, which alone, don't cause flowering as they aren't bioactive (there are no receptors for them). same result: prevention of flowering.
in any event, keep us posted if you try 12-1. i'll do the same.
