12 aeroponic led grown plants

Hey guys,

this is my first post on here but I have been on this website for the past 3 years just reading over posts and learning. So i have a little experiment i would like to run, I have 12 plants growing in 2 Aeroponic systems called the rainforest 66. I will be using 2 led grow lights, one of them is a 120watt progrow led (2011 edition w Cree 11 spectrum) and a decent Chinese made 240 watt led system (7 spectrum). In the container on the right there is 6 pocano red seeds and on the left side is 6 Cinderella 99 seeds. I will also be adding a kessil magneta led light in the next few weeks just to intensify the lighting a little bit while keeping price in mind. here are the nutrients I will be using:

Florabloom (Lucas formula) 10ml/gal
Floragrow (Lucas formula) 5ml/gal
house n garden drip clean .4ml/gal
house n garden bud XL for flowering

As you can see I'm keeping it very basic and I have the nutes dosed a little lower than Lucas has them because I'm using LEDs and from what I've read the plants don't absorb as much nutes with led lighting as it does for hid lighting. If anyone has experience with this and thinks differently please voice your opinion I'm interested.
For veg I will have the lights on for 18/6 and for flowering 12/12. If I'm missing something let me know guys while I roll this blunt of pineapple chunk.

Oh yes and I keep the ph at 5.5-6.0 while changing the reservoir every week. Pictures will be up soon. All the seeds have sprouted. The cinderlla 99 took longer than the pocano red but let's see how the rest of the grow will go.

Hey Spawned. Good luck with this grow. I think you've got quite a challenge ahead of you. Aero + LED can be tough, but it seems you're off to a good start with realizing the plant will tell you the amount of nutes to use, not the bottle. You've got to see how a plant responds to a LED light, (really your whole environment), before you start a feeding schedule IMHO.

So unfortuntaely I ran into a big problem. On the Chinese made LED's, they were causing my little ones to start to lean over. They were bending toward the led in a leaned position so once i checked out the led there were a few lights not working and one of my fans is out (not that that matters). Here is my other post that i posted asking for help https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/535968-1-week-old-plants-leaning.html. So i decided to put the 400 MH light in to help correct the problem and I'm moving the other led next to the pro-grow led (damn this light is so much better). I also moved up the cube incase it is getting water logged.

Good luck with this. Hopefully everything goes well. I'm starting to think LEDs and seedlings aren't exactly a match made in heaven. And yeah Pro Grow makes a pretty good light.

Week 2:
The plants seem to be going well but I ran into a few problems,
1. The rainforest 66 gave me a few problems with the small ones, I did not have it set to a timer and the plants just received too much water. Thats what probably caused the leaning and weird growth. I also moved my chinese made LED out and moved the 400 watt MH in. I did this because all the little ones were leaning over and I had some very weird growth in the plants. Let me know what you guys think, this always seems to happen to a few plants I grow under LED's

I am now growing a Sour Diesel seed and will kill the plant above and replace it with. This plant has not been growing and has remained the same. My nutes and everything else has stayed the same but next week I will bump it up the original Lucas Formula which calls for 6ml of floragrow and 12ml florabloom. I am also thinking about adding some house and garden root accelerator. The people at the hydro shop swear by this stuff especially in the rainforest 66. Maybe it will also help start a nice foundation for the smaller ones since I cant even see their root systems yet. Without further ado, here are the rest of the pics:\

So the lighting I have in there now is the 400 Mh and my pro grow Led 120 set on veg. I might be adding a 150 HPS depending on how the growth goes on rainforest 66 on the right.

i noticed the same thing when I would use mysuper actinic and flora sun on my t5s nothing to worry about what it is is the extreme amount of light and it will make them twist like that , they will out grow it
