1200w garage grow

I have a 5000 watt 12x12 room that i run sealed and enrich with co2, my major problem with the room is venting into the garage, it helps me with discrepancy since i have neighboors but the tempature is something i fight during the summer and late spring months, i have 2 10k air conditioners and a dehumidifier. if you are not going to seal your room it will be fine to vent into garage just be sure to have cool air intakes for your hoods and room ventilation( if you seal it) and watch your humidity , also i would run co2 if you have the means , i have side by sided with and without and increase yields 1/3-1/2.
