In the design of my room my last struggle is venting. Im sure those 5-6 lights are going to greatly increase the temperature in that room. And I only have 1 window I can vent out.
Ideas? Portable AC?

What type of lights? can you go sealed with co2 with a window a/c?

Would that negate the need to vent air out?
Pumping CO2 into the room greatly increases the plants ability to thrive in high temperatures and also in environments without a lot of air circulation. Honestly I know you've already invested into the lighting for your room but I was having similar issues running HPS in a closet. I had a 600W HPS in a vented hood but was still dealing with some heat issues in the space once summer rolled around. Having switched to a couple LED lights my heat issues are a thing of the past.

I may go led into future. But right now will have to use what I have for a grow or 2.

Also how do you keep light from getting in around and under the bedroom door.
The cheap way I did it was simply tape/attach thick black trashbags to the other side of the door which is surprisingly effective. So the bags would be on the inside of the room. You could also grab some thick door seals to put around the edges combined with a "draft blocker" for doors.

Okay and how much will the 5-6 lights increase temperature in room so I can figure out the btu ac I will need
Boy oh boy, 6000W of HPS is going to put off an insane amount of heat, lol. I imagine you're talking about a bedroom which is typically in the 10x10 range or maybe 12x12. The conversion I've seen is for every 1 watt of HPS light you need 3 BTU. So...18,000 BTU but this can depend on if the ballasts are inside the grow room and if you have vented hoods/cool tubes for your lights being vented outside the room.

All of the hoods have the glass bottom and 8” ducting. That leads to my next question. I want to do the grow in a some what u shape is there a way to do the ducting to exit out 1 window vent.
