13 days into flowering,Seems like it is developing slower than it should. PLEASE HELP

Ok, I have a girl who is 13 days into flowering and it seems as if it is developing slower than it should. I just want to know if it looks like it is developing at the right speed or if I am doing something wrong.

Its a bag seed grow, I am using a combination of cfl's and fluorescent tube lighting. a total of 670 watts.

I did have some issues with it during vegging but i corrected them and it grew great. it is 31 inches tall in a 17 gallon pot.

Any info you can give a newbie would be greatly appreciated.​
 
Looks ok man sometimes it can take 2 weeks just to start showing hairs at all. I would say its a little on the slow side due to bad genetics (bagseed) and is that 670 watts actual wattage or equivalent wattage?
 
Not sure, maybe equivalent. I just added up the wattage of all the bulbs. Does that make a big difference? Thanks
 
yeah you want to go by ACTUAL bulb wattage not the equivalent wattage. Some bulbs advertise 100watts equivalence but in reality it's still a 20 watt bulb.
 
Ok, I feel stupid after thinking about it. Im going by actual wattage. I have 8 tubes at 32 watts actual and 18 cfls at 23 watts actual. Thanks for the help man. I will never do bag seeds again it has been hell trying to keep this thing healthy. Ive seen many places to order from but which one is the safest?

This is all about helping each other. You are at 12&12 right?
And Your using right color for flower Right?
If so your cool.
 
Yeah if you put the plant on 12/12 before it matured, than 2 weeks is normal not to see any pistils yet. You should see them by week three though.
 
I am on 12 &12 and I'm using 2700k cfls and the tubes are 3000k. Couldn't find 2700k tubes. And I read in a forum that a mixed light spectrum isn't necessarily a bad thing. That's why I went with them instead of trying to order some tubes off the net.

Yeah man it's not stupid, I tried bagseed my first grow too, learning from mistakes is the best way. As far as seed banks I've always gone through attitude seeds. I've always gotten them in exactly 6 days and you cant beat the freebies! Very secure...
 
Awesome, that's who I was going to go with. Glad to hear They are highly recommended.

As far as the pistils go, the pic doesnt show them well but they are there. They showed up around day 9. I just thought they would have developed more than they have by now. I know its only 4 days but I have read forums of guys saying they should "take off" after the pistils show up. I guess im just be a bit impatient.
 
Nah, you're good bro. All depends on the stain. I freak out once before with a strain I was unfamiliar with so, just give it time and be patient. Also, high temps will slow the flowering process as well. Make sure the temps stay under 88 degrees. I didn't catch if you were doing hydro or soil? Good Luck!
 
Ok, its been 8 days since my first post. She seems to be maturing decently. I think I came the conclusion that it was just delayed a bit due to:

Increasing my wattage significantly right before flowering.
And or having a ph that dropped due to nutrients. (problem corrected)

And I have been told she looks more sativa than does indica which will increase my flowering time.

I am trying to see how long it looks like she has been flowering? I know when I started of course, but Since it may have been delayed I just want to know what someone else thinks just by looking at it.

any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
