15 Days from germination, no roots through RW?!?!?!

hello people, this Liberty Haze seedlingis 15 days since i put her to germinate.... she broke the seed shell in about 36 hours and broke through the RW cube 5 days after......

no shes 15 days old and no roots have broken through... and its starting to worry me.....

is this normal?

ive only fed her Water with Technaflora's Thrive alive red... but im worried she might need more than that soon but WTF are the roots!

no clue man.. possibly over watered or its just in shock from something you did unnoticably should be fine though..

Nope not normal at all, you should have beautiful roots by this stage.

Rock wool cube looks soaked on the second shot, this could be one of the possible problems.
