17w 3k lumen flood lamp for seedling/veg? thoughts?

i found another seed in my stash. i put it in some FFOF let it germinate on my balcony and now i put it in my tent under two led 17w 3k lumens flood lamps.

i would like to veg under the same bulbs so the question is how many bulbs do you think would be sufficient? i have alot

also any other suggestions/input is welcome

1 will do each plant just fine. Get a par meter to check, the floods I have used put out around 600 PPFD 12" below. The footprint is small, maybe 1ft2 max but works great for individual plants.
