dammmmm puff, loooookin good im happy for ya. let me know what method you choose either fimming or topping because i got about another 5-6 days till (according to nat) is the best time to start one or the other. I've read up on it a bunch and personally i think im going to do the one where you cut at a 45 degree angle and leave around 10%. i dont know which method that is and im too lazystoned to look haha.

Thanks Krone, i am doing the one where you get multiple top instead of just 2, i know its FIM cause it stand for F%^% i missed... lol .. Just kind scared to do it with my hybrids...... I just thought you had to do it before flower.... UhOh!!

Nat, is 3 weeks 2 day too old to FIM, do i have time??

oo puff i fimed my bagseed one bc i didnt wanna do it to my new master kush babies, and wow its gonna have like 6 colas and its my first orgaic soil grow so im reallllllllllly excited to see how much i yield out of this one, and its got a blue tint in the leaves it looks baddddddasssss im gonna start fiming alot of my babies i like this mulitple top thing haha im jus scared to do itttt

i read its bettter for your production on your plants to do it before flowering but if its like a week or 2 in it will be ok bc its jus those 2 internodes on the sides of the main branch that grow and i had one cfl on them and they grew pretty dam fast, i would rather do it before flower thats jus my personal prefernce butttttt im no expert :mrgreen:

oooooooooo i cut a top cola off one of my nugsss it looks sooo good iwanna smoke it bongsmilie

hahah i noooo im happy for my first harvest soooon they will all be cut 10 days i finally got a 100x from radioshack there still cloudy almos amber so im givin them a lil longer.

i think a weak will be fine espically since flowering it grows sooooooo god dam fast i love it haha how many babies are you gonna fim all of them or jus expirment with a few?

DAAAAMN you got heads everywhere.... that plant is looking REALLY good!!yea i am definately doing it!! Going with all maybe 1 or 2 for experimental purposes will be left, nah i'm tooo gready, i want a big havest this next time around...

P.S. Did you pinch them off or did oyu cut with a steirle knife?

Hey there 1puff,the airbasket does increase yield and speed of growth imo.
I always fimm early because it gives them the time to recover and make new tops before they go into flower.

I don't know what effect fimming late into veg just before you go into flower will have.
It will probably slow them down a little bit and you may find that they take longer to show sex than usual.

i think im goin to top my 32inch tall plant that is still in veg haha bc when i flower it, its gonna grow so much so hopefully this will stunt it a lil. god i want to harvest all my babies i look at all of them under the microscope and i want couchlock hardcore hah so im givin 3 days nutes 6 days flush with clearex then im choppin the cola off, then lettin the branches go another couple days because i want fullllll poteneial and weight so it pays my rent haha :hump:

welllllll heres a pic of one of my plants sorry i jus get bored and realllllly high and like to share, the first pic is the underside nugs of the top cola i showed u a pic of earlier ull see why im lettin go like 6 days for those or more, the rest are some of those "master kush" seeds from a cali dispensary

Yes this is right.
I have always topped mine as I want more than one large cola.
Some people 'think' that the main big cola is the most potent. This may be true BUT there is not that much difference where you could really tell.
I always top mine right at the fifth node but you can top until 2 weeks before flowering.
You will end up with a more compact bushy plant with at least 4 main colas if not more.

Sup Gals and guys!!! Just dropped in for some updates!! Been a while, and i have been very busy, so some update for those of you who care!!!

Hey Nat!!! I fimmed/topped my hybrids!! Did it like 4 weeks into veg. Thanks for you, Lacys and Brontos advise, i THINK all went well, it seemed simple almost toooo simple, i did it Friday, they really havent been growing since then, so i am waiting for them to get over thier shock so i can see how many cola i have on each althought you can pretty much tell, i am average about 3-5 heads on each plant WOOOOTY THANKS!!!. They are started to sex a bit before fimming/topping it looks like i will get 2-3 female out of each bunch!!!! I nuted up with FF, Voodoo and epson salt and they LOVED IT!!! My hubby has a friend who may ditch his current grow and take on my males, i wouldnt ditch my girls but if he want to (he only has one).... WHOOOTY!!!! SEEDS!!!

All is well with bagseed grow, alot of my babies are filling in well, i have 3 that are always in the race for the #2 spot, #1 Anistacia has been uncontested since BIRTH, she is a definate front runner that will be ready in 3-4 weeks, she has little crystals all over, shes just dusty!!! And this main cola that is just getting fatter and fatter by the day, with her smaller nugget looking sweeter and sweeter!! Jessica, Lilly and Delilia are in full flower too looking very well alot of sugar and getting thick!!! Last feeding they ate Tiger Bloom, Voodoo, Seseme, molassas and Epsom salt and they devowored it!! Got some pics right when lights went off @ 5:30AM!! Be able to do that this week cause I AM ON VACATION!!! Oh ya my last one finally sexed.... A GIRL, her name is Jo Anna... so.... 9 girls, 9 guys on bagseed... 9 out of 18 aint so bad!!!

and did u have to cure ur bud to actully taste the dank like mine smells so good when im breaking it up but the taste isnt exactly there ya no, its been curin for like 2 days so hopefully the aroma comes in bongsmilie

Hey Yall, sorry for the long gap in updates, sooo much goig on so little time!!!
Well i got some pic of my girls that are in full flower, they doing really well and we getting really close, 04/02/08 it will be 2 months exactly!! So about 1 -2 week after that, but maybe right on time i got some babies with nice cloudy triches!! The babies are doing well, out of the bubblicious i got 3 out of 5, papaya i got 3 boys 1 girl 1 unknown, blue mystic 3 boys 1 girl 1 unknown. So at the least i got 1 of each, my hubbys boy is growing most of my boys he got 2 of each already topped(i say topped cause for the most part i just ended up with 2 tops, no multi, but this again, i could be wrong). We are going to split the seeds down the middle, how many seeds can you yield from a topped plant, under about 450w hps, in 1 gallon pots???? Just in case he trys to jip me....

Hit me up with advice and suggestions and all!!!!
