I often look through my grow history I have on an SD card Looking over different strains and styles of grow I have done.
I'm getting ready to go check my girls and snap some pics, I wanted to get down there before the HPS came on but no luck, I got home late.
Yeah I hear that "mud" I want to change to hydro so I don't have to get rid of the used soil. I don't want to buy soil and also I think it would be much less time consuming as far as watering/feedings go.
I did a 16 plant grow of TD and it was a flippin nightmare lol I will never do that again in soil. Yeah IDK as much as I should about DWC and super afraid I'll switch to hydro and start killing plants or producing less quality and quantity for awhile getting use to it. Other than that I'm psyched to switch.
You like growing in coco? is it like soil or more like a hydro style grow?

yeah i like looking back at my humble beginnings. sucks the missing patch when RIU swapped servers and somehow managed to swap everyone's pics around..... i had aload from before that too that i deleted in a fit of para a couple of years back too lol.
yeah man that's kind of my thinking on the mud issue too. i love coco it's a great medium and re-usable too. tho a lot of peeps don't i never had any bother, think i re used about 100litres for nearly a year without issue. i'm just wanting to stretch my skills a bit further n have a go with DWC, i spent a couple of hours reading through roseman's bubbleponics thread and various vids from others n i think i've got a pretty decent handle on it now haha he said... famous last words.
i have exactly the same fears as yourself so i'm going to start off with maybe 2 separate DWC and do a side by side with the autopots. i was telling my girl the plan and she seemed less than impressed as i spent a mall fortune on the auto set up
i might try n flog the things. and i've got 10 litres of canna A&B that i want shot of too if anyone's interested hollaaaaaa
one major thing that occurred while i was watching the vids was that the pro setups all use one big pump to aerate all the buckets. idk if i'm ready to jump in both feet first like that so i'll have a go with a couple of singles first i reckon. looked easy enough with a ready built setup though. i'm going to build my own buckets with the first couple as I've got most of the kit already.
