All was going great. Since 9-2, the girl has been growing some buds. A few days ago I was in a big rush and I remembered that she needed watering before I left, and is in the 4th day and getting thirsty. So I got my watering jug filled it up, and very quickly gave her something to drink. I closed everything up and took off for the evening.
On my way back home much later, and then it hit me. I had dumped a half gallon of water all over the leaves with the lights on about 7 hours prior. Having remembered what mine do when just a little splash of water gets on the leaves I knew it was not going to be good when I saw her. After getting home I was hesitant in going to look, so I smoked a few more bowls, forgot and fell asleep.
When I looked the next day, it was a horrible sight. at least 75% of the leaves were dead and the tops of most of buds were burnt. She is still alive and it looks like she will make it, but I know I just screwed my yield up big time. Man, if I were to have smoked that bowl before I left the night before, I would not have been in such a rush and would have taken a lot more care in watering her.
