1st grow progress

Hi guys,,,, not been on this for a wile ,, just thought I would thro up some pics for everyone to have a look at,, this is my first grow ,,, just started week 4 of flower ,,, any comments ,advise are welcome pic shown are from start of week 3 flower to start of week 4 flower today
