Why would you think it wouldn't work? Looks pretty good to me. That plants getting a lot of light.

u dont even know if the plant is a female so you cannot deffinitivly say that your set up is a success,your set up is good for cloning and thts about it.granted u kept a plant alive,it dont mean it will be a girl or produce a good amount of bud,if it turns to b a girl then you will prob get a gram of tiny buds,get more lights and....................................more plants

Granted, fluorescents aren't the best lights to use but I once did an indoor grow with nothing but fluorescents and had a really good harvest.

plenty of people achieve great yields from cfls. They get better with stronger light, but I have never had tiny buds or loose buds. you obviously haven't tried a cfl grow.
Non1994- that is not a light starved plant. looks like you are doin great! Good luck with your grow, and try to keep the budsites that you let grow really close to those lights.
