What's up fellow growers, I have been reading these forums for a couple months and decided about a week ago to finally join, there is so much information and good feed back you can get. I'm starting with 4 Purple Diesel seeds from bag, I chose bag for a couple reasons one if I'm going to start growing i want to do it from the very beginning with germinating. The second reason I decided to go with random bag seed is so i can watch and see the difference between the male and female plant.
Materials
4-Purple Diesel seeds (bagseed)
1-3 foot light
Includes two 14 watt 6500K T5 fluorescent bulbs
3-Basic pots with a drainage control
1-Bag of Miracle grow Seed setting potting mix
Now I know there is a lot of disclaimers and arguments about using Miracle grow products again another reason i chose this type of soil so i can see if Miracle Grow is really bad for cannabis as it is claimed
Now lets begin
During veg stage im running 24/0 lights
Saturday May 17th
germinating 2 seeds
moist towel in Zip-Lock bag and placed in dark area
seeds germinated within 24 hours
Monday May 19th
Plant both germinated seeds in soil and did a little water
Wednesday May 21st
Both plants sprouted from the soil
Tuesday May 29th
2 more Purple Diesel seeds were planted
Thursday May 29th
1 seed sprouts
Friday May 30th
Last seed sprouts
Sunday May 31st
The first 2 plants are doing good one is a little taller then the other the smaller one is more leafy at most the nodes (which are currently at 4)there is purple also at the base of the older leafs still trying to figure that part out other then that they are doing good still just feeding them water
