1st time grow. Leaves seem to flake off?

This is my first grow. I picked the plant up from a friend who veg'd and lost Intrest. The trichomes on the plant are still all clear and I'm about 3-4 wks into bud. My run off ph is 6.5-7 always. Feed with super bloom once a wk at the recommended dose. The leaves had a few signs of problems and all of sudden now seem like they are drying or burning off. Water daily. The plant stays outside until the sun is shaded then moved in to finish the 12hr under a 70w hps and 4 23w Cfls.

Watering daily could be the problem. Roots need to dry out.

Well not literally everyday. Just when the top of the soil about an 1in down is dry. So about every two days they get watered

Looks like a burn to me. The best 2 investments I made in growing was a 20 dollar PPM meter so I never overfertalize and a 90 dollar pH meter to make sure my plants are getting the nutrients I give them. Usually giving them the recommended does is a bit too much, I would flush them and see what happens. Cheers
