So I been growing the two smaller plants since late april and they have always been outside, funny thing is i found the bigger one on the roof of the abandon building next door growing in leaves that composted on the roof. My Luck ;) What ya think? I just have two Q's. About what stage am I in with growing them? do I still have ways to go? would it be wise to leave them there in partial shade or can I move them to full sun on my roof?

Do you think the roof will be safe for them? Its my only option because of my housing situation.

As far as privacy yea, but i'm unsure if that much direct sun will burn them out or if they'll be fine.

Also would it be good right now to use a fertilizer high in nitrogen and low in phosphate & potassium?

veg = high nitrogen low phosphate & potassium
flower = low nitrogen high phosphate & potassium

the more sun the better so yes leave it on your roof if its private and getting direct sunlight. just watch out for the ghetto birds

LOL. Yea didn't figure that into the equation. So you think my two are alot smaller than my new found beauty since I kept them in solo cups up until yesterday? will that stunt their growth?

check the soil as often as you can to make sure it doesn't dry up or wind doesn't knock the plants over or anything.

OK so this forum has really inspired me to bring the plants in from outside, just cause they would be alot safer indoors. So here is my set up in a closet of a room that gets no light what so ever from a window. I am using a !5" 14watt floresuent light. will this be sufficent to keep them in the vegative state until I'm ready for flowering? Any suggestions appreciated.

They will live but you won't like what you see. You need way more light to grow as many leaves as possible. You can go to a hardware store or Lowe's and get all the cords, sockets, and bulbs to hook up a 148 watt CFL system for less than $30. CFL's are the curly lights like the pic below. Get a 4pack of 42watters for $14. There are of course many other ways to provide light but this is the most light for $30 you can get.

yea I thought so too, but from reading through this forum seems like you can keep a plant in vegative state for quite some time. so Im guessing I'm OK. I'll just consider them late bloomers.
