I'm getting the same thing on a couple of my plants (see attached images) in my research I'm finding out it could be a number of things, such as over under feeding, lights to close, not enough light etc. the list goes on, It's something we are going to have to pinpoint I guess because so far I'm not getting much help other than people saying that it could be a number of things. I think in my case it's under watering as the two plants that are showing yellow spots has got a lot less water, my biggest fear is that the two plants are infected and could they possibly spread to the other plants? so I'm thinking should I remove them or not?

I will keep an i on your thread to see if you have better luck receiving help.

Plant looks slightly yellowish to me,so i would say add some rooting compound and increase the nitrogen slightly and use a water filter or bottled water:leaf:

OK Here's my take #1 Could be early Mag def although it's a little early, also (uncommon) at this point, is manganese, #2 look on underside of leaves for spider mites, #3 could be from H2O burn if you spray them and leave them too wet. Overall they look great. Also could be early nute burn, what're ya using and how often, and have ya ever leached??

This is what Humboldt Hunny told me, and I think I found my problem from it, she's pretty bright, I do not spray my plants, however I do remember splashing some water on some leaves when watering them, thought nothing of it until Hunny's knowledge.

If you do spray your plants don't do it while the lights are on or if your lights are on a 24/7 schedule take them out or turn off lights spray them and let sit until dry before placing them back under the lights.
Hope this helps, it helped me!
