It will work fine, provided that the combined draw of the fans(measured in milliamps or amps) is less than the maximum current rating of the adapter. The current is usually labelled, on both fans and adapters.

Also, be sure to wire your fans in parallel to prevent them being run at half speed, ie have both positives connected together, and both negatives connected together, rather than "daisy chaining" them in series.
