2 outta 6 plants show sex, others stubborn.

The plants have been under flower for about 3 weeks now (We believe they're Indica dominant). We identified 1 male and 1 female, got rid of the male. (That was more than a week ago)
What's strange is, the other plants refuse to show confirmed signs of sex (4 plants remaining)
They're bag seeds.
All grown at the same time etc. Anyone have any idea as to why these 4 could be so slow in showing their sex?
Cheers

my only other guess is u have sativa plants and they have a very long transition phase. i personally wont flower plants till they show sex in veg....usually around 24-32". mabye try sum bushmaster or sumthing else with paclobutrazol (im sure i misspelled that). It will help with earlier flower onset and possibly help speed sexing up for u. Its expensive unfortunately but a little goes a long way.
