Just as the title I'm just curious if anyone has managed to get atleast 2oz a plant from a 5.7ltr pot with 8 weeks veg from seed?? if not what's the best result they achieved I've currently got 80 plants in 5.7ltr square pots have just flipped them 12/12 hoping for a minimum of 2oz a plant using 3 x 600hps in a 3m×2m×2m room.

How many plants? I assume you meant 8. I previously would get just under 2 zips per plant doing nothing but growing then straight up with no topping or training in 3 gl pots. I think you will probably be closer to 1 zip with those small ones and the 8weeks. Depends on strain and conditions if course. You have more light. (1/600 HID here) and more room however so maybe. Is the "3m" the height?

I developed a DIY Mini-Me F & D in 3 gallon totes/plant. I flood every 1-2 hours

I don't grow for gpw.

Bottom 2 pics 6 ozs + a good bunch of leaf that I made awesome butter with

Sog crossed my mind but the rest of it seems to be pure fantasy. I have never sogged but going on my space which is about 1/4 of yours and I average 20 zips with 6 plants. So expanding that to your size with my plants and techniques we get 80 zips. Assuming a more efficient use of space by the sog, I think a liberal estimate would go to about 120 zips at the highest. There is a sog/scrog section here...and where I am guessing the people there would have more exercised numbers. Good luck.

Just remember yield still has to do with the size of the root mass. From my experiments, I can get about 1.5 ounces per gallon of coir max.
I run 12, 9 liter pots of coir in a 4x4x7, 21-25 days veg,600 watt HPS.DSCN0668.JPG DSCN0669.JPG DSCN0629.JPG

Thanks for your input bud I'm using 3 x 600w hps 50 of the plants are from seed the other 30 are clones and the clones are smaller than the rest of them I have been training the branches to attempt a even canopy but I wouldn't say Ive been 100% successful in achieving that will be using biobizz bloom and topmax for flowering as well

I use 6.5L square pots ( slightly bigger) and average 1-1.5 a plant with no veg time and about 2-3 a plant with a few weeks veg time etc
Cheers for the reply bud... any techniques used? I've removed the very bottom branches because there crammed together and I've topped them all as well

You have to start the equation the other way. 1800w of hps light can get you 1800g if you sog and do ecerything perfect.

I would hope it would be more...
I run 1 600 without sogging and get right around 600g (and I am only close to perfect ;) )

8 weeks way to long for a pot that size.
What would you recommend? the reason for the pot size is so I could fit as many as possible in my grow space as I mentioned before it was going to be a SOG grow but I let them veg for to long ( just didn't feel right flipping them so small )

Because your growing from seed, you can't really flower for another 3-4 weeks. Its easier to use clones imo, that way you can flip them before they fill the pot.
Im not saying you cant flower rootbound plants, but if so then it would be a bitch of a time. You could "probably" pull off 4 weeks veg in that size pot and you'll still end up watering daily mid flower.

We'll basically I started them off in 2ltr pots from seed for 6ish weeks then I moved them up to the 5.7ltr pots they have been In those pots just over a week and are now 2 days into flowering.. so I was hoping they wouldn't be extremely root bound so soon into the flowering period
