2" RDWC bulkheads

I'm designing some 3d printable bulkheads for RDWC systems, and I'm just looking for some input/feedback. The biggest potential issue I see is that it has to be installed from the inside, as opposed to commercially available options, but I haven't been able to come up with a better solution that is still relatively easy to print. They will also only work on a flat surface.

I've tested the fittings so I know they are water tight with no gluing or using silicone, which in an important feature for me, as to make them reusable. However using silicone to assemble a system would still work if desired.

Let me know if you have some ideas on how to improve these, I'm also working on a 3" version...

Will the nut take a pair of pliers wrenching on it? Doesn’t look like it would.

Yeah, big or medium pair if channels grip it nicely, was more then enough to seal it up on my test rig. The inside o-ring keeps the body from spinning while it's being tightened, so it only requires one tool

The ones I have theres a slot in the inside part,a big washer fits and acts as a back up wrench. After 3 or so yrs of use the nuts dont give way so easy.Looks like yours will work fine.

Thats a good idea, I think you could get purchase on the inside if it became stuck but a backup would be nice. Thanks

Yeah dude that would be cool, a 3mf would be even better lol

I like working on stuff in fusion360, I don't really have the time at the moment but maybe I can take a look at it and try to help you with it soon.
