2 week old seedling turning yellow?

Like it says my 2 seedling will be 2 weeks old on the 22nd and over the past few day they have been turning pale and now they look like they are yellow. My cotton candy has a red stem since it broke ground and the Girl Scout cookie has reddening in the veins of the new growth. They do seem a bit small for how old they are and growth sees to have slowed the past two days. I use 100% coco coir. Should I be feeding them already cause of the coir? I know you are supposed to have a certain ec but it was so low that I figured the tap water was hot enough. I will try to take so pics but my I pad sucks and the camera has no batteries. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks ! I did a bit of surfing and some people feed twice a day in coir. I guess I have been starving my plant. I feed every time I water about every 3 days lol! If these plants are starving then imagine how big they could be!These are the two girls in my flower room.

I just added this to all my plants except a few that will be repotted on Thursday.

The big one I added the recommended 1 tsp per 3 inches of medium for the big plants and for my seedling I added 1 tsp each. They are in 3/12 gal buckets. Hope this helps and not hinders!

Yours looks like burn too me. Mine aren't damaged in any way just super pale. We will see if the feed did any good last night. I will check in a bit.
