A few weeks ago I sent a guy, Nick, product devevelopment guy at Vivosun, an idea that I had, a tent like this that I called the "Baby Bloomer". It would be just for seedlings to save space in a big tent. I sent a link to a small LED light that would be perfect; I bought one and it works great. All I asked for was for them to give me a 4x4 tent. I haven't heard from him since and I've emailed him.
