I will look into it, as the system that I pay for is motion sensitive and records.. I also like that if I turn the alarm on it signals police.. That is what makes it hard to give up
I prefer to call police. Although unnecessary. Dog responds faster and more effectively. And police knocking on my door at 3 AM to chase the deer away? Just my situation. As long as you are comfortable with it. All that matters.

I cannot wait until I get me another Alaskan Malamute... I miss my last baby.. His name was Shippo, from Inuyasha.. I love that breed so much!

Now I want to visit... LOL!!! Such a fucking cutie.. I swear I'm a dog whisperer.. He would probably kick my ass!! Hahaha
First dog in my 50 years I don't trust. We are bonded and he is obedient to hand commands and verbal for me only. He chose me. This is not a pet. And that is sad. He is playful and gentle for his size and enthusiasm.

They are an amazing breed and they surely make a decision on who they choose as their Alpha. They are pack breeds and once they love you, it is forever!!

I trained dogs for 5 years down south. Sometimes there are dogs that are not for people, and you can work them all day long, but they are not for people.

Keep him worked (sounds like you are) and he should be okay, but yes, sounds like not a dog for the kiddo's to jump on. I have one of those myself. You can do anything to the other 4, but if you look at this one wrong while hes sleeping he will growl and if you don't back off he will attack. We had a few fights until it was clear who the leader was

Only other person who he won't mess with is my mom, and that was straight love she's never done anything but give him treats :p:p

variety certainly is the spice of life. this is why I love popping new seeds so many different varieties out there...
growers I talk to that are in it strictly for $$ make me sad. They are like "I'm pumping out 40 of "**" I can't wait to see them go"

All I can think is:

"How you gonna smoke the same weed all year with no variety bro"

Only reason I grow a strain twice is if I have left over seeds. I certainly have favorites but there are SO MANY options, might as well try them all. Plus I like trying diff seed banks.

So far I've ordered from :

ILGM
Mephisto
Night Owl
Grimms Bro

I used ILGM for a few years, then they started only doing bitcoin or something so I went to the auto's. Have had GREAT success with meph and night owl and would reccomend the hell out of them.

Looking forward to the grimms bro, the original C99 strain from them is supposed to be the bee's knees and I'll be popping some of that and their genius strain this winter with my left over autos.

I dont sell any but I usually do this because I like to learn the intricacies of each strain and not to mention the variation of phenotypes and hybrids can be just as varied as the strains themselves. Ive found I prefer indica heavy hybrids usually, and mostly stick to kush based strains, a lot of sour skunk and chem types. I'll grow a handful of strains per year because I like to have options through the day, and usually will only dedicate one or two plants to trying out new stuff or bag seed runs per year. I've got some friends who grow and a few who sell quality bud and really appreciate their weed so Ill always have some to trade and I can get my new stuff like that. There are so many little variables that are able to be changed with this plant, I could grow 1000 plants every year for the next 100 years and still not even make my way out of the indica section of cannabis species. This plant is amazing, and not just for those reasons..

That makes a lot of sense and part of what I love about marijuana is it’s a different experience and approach with every user. There are some base traits most of us share, but we are just as varried as the strains.

no wrong way to do it!!

for the record I’m a Sativa man, but I do like an indica before bed.

I usually wake up around 5, smoke a bowl and go to it. Indicas would keep me on the couch lol

Hey guys, do you think I should wait another week to harvest? I’ve been dealing with caterpillars and some bud rot here and there but nothing to be alarmed about. I was hoping to stack on more weight but at what point do they stop stacking? How much of an increase can I get if I waited it out? I’d do it if it was worth it, it’s my first outdoor grow and I hear the last weeks are the most critical.

I’ve used my microscope and took a few pics from one of the top buds that snapped off one plant last week. Lots of Amber trichromes on the leafs but not as much on the buds per se. keep in mind this pic was taken last Thursday.

One more question... if I were to stagger my harvest, would it be better to harvest the plants with the purple/pale green and yellow leaves first and let the one with the more green and yellow leaves ripen?

There is plenty of amber for my taste. High just heavier and more couch lock from here. Won't hurt anything to go longer. Your call. Nice buds.

I have 4k cameras outside and in our greenhouse. It is all recorded on an NVR which holds two weeks of video. There is no monthly charge and I can always see what's going on from my phone. We have motion covering everything too but that is another system.

I go to the store in pittsfield to buy seeds there is always different strains and breeders. they have heavy hitters like Mephisto and Humboldt seed co along with a ton of small breeders in mass , they have bumped ethos to the second shelf(was on top for a while) but im still satisfied my entire pack is 6 different flavors they all Germed ,I just wish I vegged longer for some of my current grow I was going pheno hunting without taking any clones before flower and now that cotton candy will be gone forever (next time I'm trying for clones before flower ) this is the only reason I'll keep a strain for its eye popping autumn colors to me that is what I go for the beauty of cannabis
