thanks guys, shes about 8 inches from the light and i 12/12'ed her when she was about 8 inches tall and she blew up!!

I agree you really need to pot up bro believe me when I say its worth it and you won't harm your plant she'll be shocked a couple of days than she'll bounce back with a fever of growth. Mines only been flowering for 13 days now and shes grown over a foot in that time. I started her flip at 17"s tall and today she topped 28"s.
