23WATTS X 6 CFL for flowering are these enough?

so it's day 54 from seed with 12/12 lights cycle and she is now 1 week into flower, are these enough light for budding? sadly i can only use cfl lights now, she have 26 budsites

yeahh how can I know if she needs more light during flowering?

She will,but you said you can't do anything, do it's irrelevant isn't it

i can add another 4 cfls probably gonna add it
