You can get those lights much, much closer to your plant. Hopefully you just moved them away to take the pictures

You could also go get a 150W HPS floodlight from Home Depot for about $60.

I keep mentioning light because honestly, she looks a little stretched and light-hungry.

no cfls will not burn it.... you can get them within an inch or two and will not burn

lower the lights and put more around the sides to get more growth

and also get a fan on that thing to thicken up those stemsor else it will just fall over soon due to the weight of the buds
