24 hour light??

Quick question, 13 plants under 4 fluorescents, they have been on 24 hour light since there birth about a week ago. there about 3 inches tall now should i leave them under 24 hour for the whole veg cycle??? if not what should i put them on.

24 hour light is alright for seedlings but 18/6 is a more common photoperiod for veging.

eventually that isnt going to b enough light 4 13 mature plants,but yes being the type of lighting u have i would leave them at 24/7. u going need more light 4 those 13 plants if u want good results.

what should i get for lights then, i got a 1000watt hps but thats for flowering

Use that 1000w HPS. 18/6 will be fine. Veg with the HPS. You can do an entire grow with that.

meh if your going hps for the entire grow...i would invest in a super spectrum hps bulb...also there is an ineresting artice on 24 hour light in the general marijuana growing forum....
