24 hours of light on a flowering plant

What will happen long term If I take my plants which are about a week into flowering on a 12/12 to 24 hours to accelerate groth of the buds and the rest of the plant?

Once you begin flowering 12/12 if you put the plants back into 24/0 they will resort back to vegitative.

you should of grown em bigger to start with. if i was you i would keep flowering . and start a new grow along side the 1 your allready doing.

tooo late, any one have pics? Will the buds stop growing? will the plant term hermie?

looks like you're gonna have pics. and you can tell US what really happens.

putting your plants on 24/7 will never accelerate bud growth. EVER!!!!!!!! if you're lucky, your plants will revert to vegetative growth again. you most likely just caused your plants to hermie. good experiment though.

In my experiance they will go to vegie stage 24hours of light for about 5 days then back to 8 hours wbefore harvest will produce a growing spurt but it's not worth the effort. Read jorges Cervantes growers bible.
